Day 144 - Her First New Year's Eve

Tonight we went over to Aunt Diana's house to do a family photo shoot with her, Rick, and his family. Took lots of really cute and fun pics of the kiddos and everyone else and had a really nice time visiting with them all again. We had invited some people over for snacks and games for New Year's Eve, but no one was able to come, so after pictures, we came home and ended up all doing our own separate thing. We were all just really tired and fell asleep in different rooms :) Somehow, though, we all were awake at midnight (Miguel woke me up with a kiss, and Andrew was awake and freaking out about the fireworks that were going off outside), so we were able to tell each other Happy New Year and then crash again :) It was pretty low-key and I'm hoping next year we are able to have a house full of friends and/or family to help us celebrate the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011!
