Day 210 - Dressed to Impress

Miss Hollywood in the HOUSE! hahaha I got Macy bug this cute little outfit several weeks (months?) ago at Canton, and there was a problem with the shirt not fitting over her head! Then mom fixed it for us, and when I dressed her in it for church last week, the button elastic came off, so I couldn't fasten the neck hole button! So I fixed it last night and she was finally able to wear it to church today. And let me tell you - she got tons of compliments! Someone said she was dressed as a little runway model :)

Tomorrow it's just me and the girl - as I will no longer be keeping Cameron. I'm excited about getting more done during Macy's naps and getting to go have lunch with Andrew & Miguel more often! Looks to be a good week!

Day 209 - Swinging The Day Away

Well, her first sleep-over was successful! She was just fine, as we suspected she would be, and when we met up to pick her and the boy up, they were playing at the park - Macy getting to swing for the first time :) So, of course, in true Kati fashion - I grabbed the camera for some pictures! Also took a few once we got home, too...

Day 208 - Her First Sleep-Over

Tonight, Miguel & I went to downtown Dallas to a Maverick's game and then to stay overnight at a hotel... without the kids! Macy and Andrew are staying the night with Aunt Mari & cousin Genna & Micaela. This will be Macy's first time staying overnight anywhere without us! We miss her, of course, and Andrew too - but we definitely needed the break!

Of course - I grabbed a pic of the girl when we were loading up and getting ready to get in the car to head out for the night!

Day 207 - Pretty in Green

Decided to take and post my pics for today early so I don't forget, like I normally do. :)

Day 206 - Oh Happy Day

Macy girl was pretty happy today... but when is she not?! :) After sitting in her carseat having a bottle, I was tending to Cameron, and when I looked back in on her, Macy was backwards in her carseat, bottle finished, and she was playing with the storage ottoman thing behind her. She looked like she had discovered oil, she was so happy with herself. Then we had to get dressed to go to church, so she wore these overalls that we'd had since before she was born and she'd never been able to fit in before - just to put them on and see that they are almost too short. My girl is growing so fast!

Day 205 - Holding Her Own

I'm proud to say that Macy is pretty much holding her own bottle now. yay! Miguel said that he put her in her highchair the other day, set her bottle down on the tray in front of her while he went to get something, and when he came back, she had the bottle in her mouth and was drinking away on her own. What a big girl! :) And can you believe I took this photo at the end of her day?? She was having a last bottle before we put her to bed and I had just gotten the camera out... But tomorrow we'll have a few pics, probably - we have another playdate with our friend Lylah :)

Day 204 - Peeking Out At Me

Macy bug slept a LOT today... even tonight, she went to bed early. Growth spurt maybe? Who knows. Once, after her FOUR hour nap, I walked in when she was fussing, and she was peaking out at me over the top of her bumper pad in her crib. I had to run and grab the camera, of course, because she just looked too cute! And we got some fun pictures on the couch later, too, when she was awake and acting silly. :) Seeing her personality come out these last few days/weeks is just the best... she just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter by the day. Lots of pics today!!
