365 Days of Macy

welcome

A photo for each day of Macy's first year of life...

Day 60 - She's quite the talker

From what Angela, the lady who watches Macy while I work, tells me, miss Macy bug is quite the talker lately. She's cooing a lot more and giving lots of smiles. And because my mom doesn't believe me since in my last post I said that Macy is full of smiles but yet the picture was of her NOT smiling, today I'm posting one of those sweet smiles to show that I'm telling the truth :)

Day 59 - All smiles

Macy was smiling SO much today. Especially this morning. Why she had to be so smiley when I was about to drop her off at the sitters makes no sense to me! She has to know how hard it is for me to leave her when she's so cute and sweet!! :) I'm anxious for more smiles though, and I know those, as well as laughter, will be coming soon enough!

Day 58 - All dressed up with nowhere to go

Okay, so she's going to the sitters house, but normally, she dresses way down to go over there. A onesie will normally do for typical days. However, today, we needed a little excitement in our world, so I let her wear her bling bow and her bling shirt. :) She was happy, you can just tell by the pics. haha

Day 57 - She's a NorthWood Kid

Macy will be dedicated at our church on the 25th of this month. As a "church rat", she gets first dibs on the onesies that they give to the babies dedicated. :) So she got one today and struck a few poses for us tonight. The girl's got style, with all her bows! Can't pick which one to wear, typical girl! :)

Day 56 - Brrr...it's getting cold outside!

Okay, so not really COLD, but pretty cool compared to what we've been used to! Macy doesn't have any warm clothes due to how tiny she still is. Everything is for when she's about 3 months and up, so we had quite the hard time finding anything for her to wear to church this morning. But finally, after digging through the dresser and trying on dress after dress, we found these cute little blue jeans and long sleeved top that were just too cute when I put them on her. The jeans were long, as they will probably be for the rest of her life, but we just rolled them up and added some cute little ruffled socks and after adding the headband and bow, she looked just too cute for words. :) I love having a girl!

Day 55 - The girl loves her papa

This morning we had a photo session, and my dear parents came up to spend the day with us and the kiddos, so they watched the bug while we went to do the photos. Once we got back, we saw how much Macy and Andrew already had my parents wrapped around their fingers. :) Macy was in awe of papa and gave him more grins than we've probably ever seen! And Andrew - well, for some reason they just think he's too cute to do any harm, so he gets away with anything :) They left too early, and we all took naps and relaxed the rest of the day...it was needed.

Day 54 - It's Finally Friday

Went to Andrew's award ceremony this morning - he got the Magnificent Mustang award for Art. It was nice :) Took some pics of Riley holding Macy-bug. She's till trying to figure out just who he is...the way she stares at him is too cute. VERY happy it's the weekend.
